The sensation of eating quality fresh fish on the edge of the beach while looking out at our island's turquoise waters, or eating a paella while taking in the island of Es Vedra on the horizon while feeling the maritime breeze on your skin are sensations which are difficult to explain but ones we recommend everyone to experience at least once in their life.
Try a bullit de peix (fish bullit) or fish stew, paella from Ibiza, a grilled fish platter and follow it with a traditional desert such as "flao" and some Ibiza herbs with ice. You are certain not to regret it.
