A good solution for young groups and couples, in the center of playa d'en bossa near the city center and other points of interest. The structure is quite big, the reception very helpful, unfortunately each service is out-of-expenses. It is better to chose the half board (copious food but low quality). The worst point is cleanliness...very bad!!!
E' 3 anni che vengo in questo hotel. ottimo x la posizione, camere grandi il giusto e colazione con buona scelta...molto scarsa la pulizia delle stanze anche se le donne passano ogni giorno!
Very good hotel,stayed twice there now.good facilities and good food. friendly staff, very clean. needs a pain job on exteria walls, and upper pool needs to be in use. but overall excellant
Been in the past guest of the hotel. This year 2009, even though, I reserved in Juanuary, the room assigned was facing the back side of the hotel, on the top of the kitchen, with awful smell and constant noise from the funs of the air condition. The quality has been really decreased,comparing the previous years (food and assistance at the receptio)
the hotel is discreet, but the value for money makes it acceptable. bad bad service and assistance! I had an accident in a restaurant , I had medical assistance on site, no doctor, not even a dressing and I had to pay € 1 for ice at bar to calm the pain, go to the hospital alone, without even receiving the first aid!
