Personal data provided through this website shall be disclosed solely and exclusively to those firms offering their hotel stock through the portal www.toibiza.com. Nevertheless, the user shall be fee to authorise disclosure of his/her data to any other collaborating firms with the aim of obtaining information on special offers and any activities carried out in Ibiza.

The user or any natural person acting on his/her behalf shall be entitled to exercise his/ her rights of accessing to personal data, rectifying, cancelling or objecting as envisaged under Public General Act of Parliament L.O. 15/1.999, by accessing the said data by way of sending a written notice to the firm's business address at C/Miramar, 7. 07820 San Antonio (Ibiza) - Spain. Maintaining the contractual relationship established, as appropriate, with TOIBIZA.

Managing, administrating, rendering, expanding and improving those services the User may decide to subscribe or register at.
Sending updated information relating services. Sending, either by traditional or electronic devices, technical, operative and commercial information related to those products and services offered by TOIBIZA.

Credit card number. It shall be stored only for a given period, required to confirm the initial payment of a deposit or payment of a reservation. After the said period, it shall be permanently erased.

Who are responsible for the technical processing of your reservation.

Under the provisions of section 34.e) of LOPD [ Public General Act of Parliament for the Protection of Personal Data ], the User gives express consent to us to transfer his/her data to the abovementioned receiver for storage and technical processing of his/her reservation.

In some cases, TOIBIZA's purpose is transferring Personal Data to a third party. If that were the case, Users shall be duly notified of the aforementioned situation by way of Personal Data collection forms. TOIBIZA shall use cookies when the User makes use of TOIBIZA's web site.
