The hotel facilities include a beautiful, outdoor fresh-water swimming pool and one indoor (heated), jacuzzi, sauna, sensation showers, gym and conference rooms

La recepción del hotel, la cafetería, el restaurante, las salas y el spa si que cumplen los requisitos de un 4 estrellas. En cuanto a las habitaciones se han quedado un poco antiquadas comparándolas con el resto.
A la piscina le hace falta una buena limpieza (sobretodo de las paredes) y un poquito de vigilancia pq allí entra quien quiere...

The location of the hotel can't be faulted and sitting on the terrace watching the world go by is a great way to spend your time. All the team that work on reception are fantastic - you were always greeted by a smiling face - and we were able to gain access to our room early on arrival which was most welcome. It seemed that that side of things worked like clockwork.
The only downsides were the lack of food available at lunchtime (seemingly only hamburger or hot dog which is not enough for a 4 star hotel!) and the rooms which, although they have been refurbished could do with some brightening up to bring them to a four star standard. It also says on your website that there is an indoor pool and jacuzzi etc but from what I can gather, that is not yet completed although will be soon. All in all I would definately recommend this hotel to friends and family
